Payment & Refund Policies
Payment Terms:

50% advance is required to confirm the booking.

Balance 50% to be paid at least 15 days before the tour start date.

Bookings within 15 days of departure require 100% payment.

Payment via bank transfer, UPI, or approved digital modes.

​Cancellation & Refunds:

30+ days before tour: 90% refund

15–29 days before tour: 50% refund

Less than 15 days or no-show: No refund

Non-refundable expenses like permits, hotels, and third-party bookings will be excluded from refunds.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days.

Note: In case of force majeure, we will try to reschedule, but refunds may not be guaranteed.

Credit Card Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.

Credit card payments are subject to a 2–3% convenience fee, depending on the card provider and gateway charges.

The amount charged will appear as W.E.J (OPC) Private Limited or our authorized payment partner on your statement.

All payments must be authorized by the cardholder. We reserve the right to request identity or card verification for security purposes.

In case of a chargeback or payment dispute, the booking will be held until the issue is resolved.

Refunds (if applicable) for credit card payments will be processed back to the same card within 15 working days, after deducting any applicable charges.
