Payment & Refund Policies

Payment Terms:

  • 50% advance is required to confirm the booking.

  • Balance 50% to be paid at least 15 days before the tour start date.

  • Bookings within 15 days of departure require 100% payment.

  • Payment via bank transfer, UPI, or approved digital modes.

​Cancellation & Refunds:

  • 30+ days before tour: 90% refund

  • 15–29 days before tour: 50% refund

  • Less than 15 days or no-show: No refund

  • Non-refundable expenses like permits, hotels, and third-party bookings will be excluded from refunds.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days.

Note: In case of force majeure, we will try to reschedule, but refunds may not be guaranteed.

Credit Card Payment Policy

  • We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.

  • Credit card payments are subject to a 2–3% convenience fee, depending on the card provider and gateway charges.

  • The amount charged will appear as W.E.J (OPC) Private Limited or our authorized payment partner on your statement.

  • All payments must be authorized by the cardholder. We reserve the right to request identity or card verification for security purposes.

  • In case of a chargeback or payment dispute, the booking will be held until the issue is resolved.

  • Refunds (if applicable) for credit card payments will be processed back to the same card within 15 working days, after deducting any applicable charges.
